There is also a<br>bar of 20 sq m in the pool.<br>Land description<br>The area of 8,500 sq m is located between the campsite and the sea, as shown<br>on the attached map.<br>The plot is buildable and there is currently an approved project for a<br>tourist complex with a total area of 1,200 sq m. The project is classified as a<br>hotel and is divided into a central building with reception, restaurant and services, as well as<br>24 separate rooms with an independent entrance from the garden. Each room has a<br>living room \/ bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette.<br>The land already has electricity and a well.<br>It is accessible by road from the port of Igoumenitsa, the central terminal<br>station for connections with Italy, with 80 km of excellent road and by air<br>from Preveza airport, which is approximately 7 km away.
